THERAPY

This is deep, classic work.

We slow down and look honestly at how you got here—your patterns, your relationships, the unconscious forces shaping your life. We make a map so that you can move forward with clarity instead of repetition.

We typically meet once a week. Over time, something begins to shift:
You stop reacting from old patterns, and start responding from something more true.

Parts Work: You are not one voice, there are different parts of you. Some that want closeness, some that want distance, some that protect, some that sabotage. Instead of trying to fix or override them, we get to know them. You learn to hold them. When these parts are seen clearly, they stop running your life from the background.

Somatic Information: Most of us have the misconception that everything stems from our mind. The body is often the first to send us signals onto which we quickly scan and overlay meaning—”I’m anxious,” “she pissed me off,” or “I’m a fuck up.” Lasting therapy work includes slowing down to the pace of the body to encounter these signals before we jump to our typical meaning. This is how we meet the actual moment (and person) in front of us, loosening the human habit of repeatedly playing out historic scenarios from our past. This is how we see what is true, and what is our own agenda. We stop reacting from echoes of the past. This is freedom.

Psychodynamic Therapy: We look at the deeper patterns underneath your life, including the roles you learned to play, the relationships that shaped you, and the unconscious dynamics you keep recreating. We’re not here to analyze endlessly, but to make the invisible visible. Once you can see the pattern clearly, you are no longer inside of it.
